What would a modern Steagles logo branding look like? It's a lot of colors and concepts to get across, and the results speak for themselves.
Due to WWII player shortages and despite coaching conflicts, the "Phil-Pitt Combine" finished 5–4–1.
Based off the popular retro sports style of the 90s, I created a Phil-Pitt mashup helmet and retro layout for PA's wartime team, the Steagles.
The Steagles were a one-season NFL team formed in 1943 by merging the Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Steelers.
We all recognize this iconic retro script.
Some of the greatest sports caps ever made proudly wore it, and it captured the spirit of an unforgettable era.
I added a stitch effect throughout to give it that sports specialties, vintage vibe—and it’s easy to see why everyone was rockin’ these back in the 90s.
There's an obvious double entendre' here, maybe you get it. I think this would be a great tee for those waiting for the day when marijuana is legal in PA, or just a fan of the state.
Either way, I won't get into the details of arch vs. arc type, but I do like the negative space keystone placement. I also have these in bumper stickers.
I've always seen a mouth in the east side of PA, and with the current political divide in the state, where else could I incorporate Greenman's Deli Monster Hoagie eyes?
A design study for the presidential election.
The obvious play on an uber-famous apparel logo. I really wanted to portray ADHD in the stripes as frenetic and full of energy and even confusion.

The largest fruit native to the USA, the pawpaw grows in 20 different states and is tastes like a mixture of mango and banana. The fruit has a cult following, especially at local festivals and fairs in September and October. We have a few trees here on our property at Silver Run Orchard and they are by far the easiest and most fun to grow and harvest.
If you're based in PA, used to live in the area or yearn for "greener" pastures, this is the tee for you. Faux wood-cut style and Pennsylvania colorway.
